The time has come that we need a Team Lead with expertise in organic growth based on a strategic approach to SEO and content. You will be leading and growing a Content Team, developing deep expertise in SEO and overlooking content activities. By reaching the right audiences and delivering relevant content for them, the business focus will revolve around organic acquisition of customers 💪🏻
👉🏻 What you will do:
Develop and implement strategic organic search marketing plans to help grow our organic acquisition
Ensure that SEO is a central consideration in all decisions related to content creation as well as product cooperation
Grow SEO knowledge and understanding within the organization by keeping up to date with industry insights and market trends
Regularly run comprehensive SEO audits resulting in recommendations for short and long-term improvements
Cooperate with other teams eg. Paid, to help drive demand generation activities
Drive our backlink strategies and growth
Track rankings, traffic, conversions and other significant KPIs, and deliver reports to executive leadership and key stakeholders
👉🏻 Our expectations:
5+ years of relevant experience in organic growth or SEO, preferably at a tech company
1+ years of experience in leading a team
Proven deep expertise in scaling organic traffic with SEO focus
C1/bilingual/native level of English
Proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Looker Studio, Semrush, Excel
Excellent analytical skills and being able to translate data into actionable insights
Strong writing and editorial skills
Great understanding of the fundamentals of web development
Exceptional project management skills and a keen eye for detail
Attractive salary (based on an employment contract) - ranges of PLN 12 000 -16 000 gross, depending on your experience
