We are currently looking for open-minded programmers to join our Product Team!🎯Essentials:
- Department: Product & Development Team
- Contract: B2B or employment contract (depends on you)
- Workplace: 100% remote (available offices in Warsaw and Łódź)
- Stack: Angular 14+, TypeScript, RxJs, NgRx, SCSS, Cypress
- Leader: Tomasz Próchniewicz, Lead Frontend Developer
- Methodologies: Agile (including Scrum and Kanban)
- Routine: few meetings, flexible working hours, development>maintenance
- English: B1+
- Recruitment process: HR Call -> Tech Interview -> Decision

🧑💻 How the product team works:
- We work in product sprints, use agile methodologies (including Scrum and Kanban)
- We value the asynchronous mode of work (as few meetings as possible)
- 10% of maintenance and 90% of development

⏰ Here’s what the recruitment process looks like:
- Call with the IT Recruiter - 30-40 minutes
- Tech Video Call with CTO - 90 minutes
(Q&A + task related to the daily work, without algorithms, in Pair Programming formula) - Feedback and decision :)
💎 What we expect:
- Minimum 2-3 years of commercial experience in Angular
- Ability to write unit and integration tests
- Having a deep understanding of core web and browser concepts (eg. how the browser parses and constructs a web page)
- Knowledge of the spoken and written English language (min. B1)
- Being a product thinking person and you like to have an impact on the product decisions,
- Being familiar with the design and architectural patterns
💎 Nice to have:
- Knowledge of RxJs, NgRx, Redux or Nrwl Nx
- Understanding of relational and non-relational databases
- Knowledge of Design Systems implementation and development
- Experience in Nest.js or other Node frameworks
- Being an open-source contributor
